Small releases, every week

Every week has the same shape: plan on Monday, build Tuesday to Thursday, demo and deploy on Friday at 5 PM. You can reorder priorities every Monday.

From first call to weekly releases

  1. 1

    Scope

A 30-minute call, then a half-day session to agree the users, the goal and the one workflow that matters. You get a one-page scope and a fixed price within 48 hours.

    2–3 days

  2. 2

    Design

Wireframes for the core flow, then final screens in Figma. Design stays one week ahead of code, so engineers never wait.

    Week 1

  3. 3

    Build

One-week sprints. Every change goes to a preview URL the same day. Friday at 5 PM you get a demo and decide what's next.

    Weeks 1–5

  4. 4

    Launch

Production deploy with analytics, error tracking and SEO checked. For apps, we submit to the App Store and Google Play and handle review.

    Launch day

  5. 5

    Iterate

We look at what users actually do, then ship improvements weekly: features, fixes and experiments. Pause or stop with 30 days' notice.

One week, start to finish

You see the real build every Friday at 5 PM and can reorder the backlog every Monday. Changing priorities doesn't mean a new contract.
